All products for sale on this website come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. Just send any UNOPENED item back to us within 21 days of ORDERING and we will gladly refund your money. We do not require a return authorisation. We recommend you use an insured carrier such as ROYAL MAIL RECORDED DELIVERY. We cannot refund shipping charges. If your order was shipped free, a nominal shipping fee will be deducted from all returned or refused orders. We cannot accept returns past 21 days from the date of order. Refunds will be made by the same method used for the purchase. Cheque refunds will be issued within 15 days of receipt of returned items. All credit card payment details are directed straight through to the secure site at HSBC and therefore we keep no record of your credit card number, so each time you make a purchase you will have to re-enter the information. Delivery
Your order will be dispatched within 5 working days via ParcelForce who offer a next day delivery service. A signature will be required upon delivery. Should no-one be available to take delivery, a card will be left advising you of whom to contact to re-arrange delivery. All orders whatever the size of product or however many products you buy will incur a delivery charge of £4.95.
